What makes my Training Different ?

Having spent three years as a trainer for one of the UK's largest aesthetics training providers, I saw firsthand the gaps that let students down and I built my academy to close every single one.

Most providers pack theory and practical training into a single day. Anatomy, physiology, injection technique, dosage, facial assessment, consultation and complications management all crammed into a few hours. Students leave overwhelmed, underprepared, and anxious before they've even treated their first client.

Practical experience is often just as limited. Some students walk away having performed one single treatment or half a syringe of filler, with no personalised feedback and no time for their questions to be answered.

And when the day ends, the support stops. No online resources to refer back to. No updated learning materials. No guidance on how to build a successful business from the skills they've just learned  because once you leave, your success is no longer their concern.

I created Gemma Montgomery Aesthetic Training because I believe you deserve more than that.

Work through the modules entirely at your own pace: anatomy, physiology, injection technique, dosage, facial assessment, consultation, red flag clients, complications management, and how to deliver the elegant, natural results I’m known for. Only when you feel genuinely ready do you get in touch to book your practical.

Your practical day is where everything clicks. Depending on your course, you’ll work with up to six models, with a maximum ratio of two students to one trainer  and often one to one. I know how nerve-wracking practical days can feel, I’ve been there myself. That’s why I work hard to make the day relaxed, supportive and confidence-building from the moment you arrive.

After your training, the support continues. You’ll have lifetime access to your course materials, including any future updates, plus a dedicated resource section to refer back to whenever you need it. You’ll also get one-to-one aftercare support and free access to my WhatsApp community, where you can ask questions, share wins and stay connected as you grow your practice.
